Order & Payment

How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order by adding the desired product to your cart and following the checkout process. After payment, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and other common payment methods. All payments are processed via a secure connection.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, we can often still make changes. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes. You'll automatically receive the invoice by email after your order is placed.

Can I also order for business purposes?

Yes, business orders are possible. Our products are regularly used in offices, shops, and hospitality venues.

Can I reserve a product?

It's currently not possible to reserve products. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Orders over €25 enjoy free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For smaller orders, a small contribution to the shipping costs will be charged.

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed before 2pm are usually delivered the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link that you can use to track your package.

What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?

If you're not home, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to a neighbor or schedule a new delivery attempt. You can easily reschedule the delivery using track & trace.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

How are paintings packaged?

Our paintings are carefully and securely packaged so that they arrive safe and undamaged.

Can I have my order delivered expeditiously?

Our standard shipping is fast. For specific requests, please contact our customer service.

Products & Returns

What material are the paintings made of?

Our paintings are made from high-quality materials such as premium canvas and glass with razor-sharp prints and durable colors.

Are the colors of the painting the same as in the photo?

We do our best to display colors as realistically as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings.

How do I hang a painting?

Many paintings can be easily hung with a picture hanging system or mounting hook. We also offer convenient hanging systems in our webshop.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return products within the statutory return period provided they are in their original condition.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, send a photo of the damage. We'll always work with you to find a suitable solution.

Do you also have painting supplies?

Yes. Besides paintings, we also offer hobby paint, brushes, and other painting supplies for creative projects.
